Our Ambassadors are carefully selected members of the public who have, in the year of review, identified with, and consistently exemplify our values in promoting the objectives of the Foundation.

They constantly contribute time, effort and resources to achieve the objectives of the Foundation thereby ensuring that underprivileged talented children are equipped with adequate education, mentoring and leadership training to transform them to be positive change agents within their respective communities.

Cynthia Amakiri

Cynthia is the manager of the Special Foundation. She oversees the day to day running of the foundation.
Cynthia is a co-founder of ACEYSA; a youth-led NGO focused on poverty alleviation.
Although Cynthia has worked in different sectors including the finance and medical sector, she has devoted the past few years of her life to human capital development, health and wellness programs and improving educational opportunities for vulnerable people in society as she believes that everyone deserves a chance at a better life. She does these by planning and executing projects that ensure children have basic education and better learning conditions and youths are empowered through education or skill acquisition. She has a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from Swansea University, UK.


Feyikoya Kamson

Feyikoya Kamson manages external communications at the Foundation. She is an IT nerd turned Travel enthusiast. With a degree in Industrial Physics and over 6years of work experience as a Business Consultant for notable companies like IBM UK, Huawei Nigeria, and Etisalat Nigeria, Feyikoya founded FNP Travel- A Travel Company committed to helping others see the world differently.
She found a way to merge her passion for helping people and creating aesthetically pleasing storytelling content. Feyikoya strongly believes in self-actualization and is passionate about driving the message.


Oluyemi Ibironke - Head of partnerships

Oluyemi manages Partnerships at the Special Foundation . He has over 18 years experience working with leading brands in the Middle East and Africa as a brand marketing strategist, Media Management expert, Brand Sponsorship leveraging and value maximization and marketing intelligence professional.
His expertise transverses Brand management, Consumer insight, Media Strategy, Event/Sponsorship Management, Brand Property/Presence investment and integrated marketing communications.
Oluyemi is passionate about leveraging Partnerships for positive change in society.


Abimbola Ayinde

Abimbola currently leads the Corporate Finance and Strategy team at FIRST Exploration & Petroleum Development Company Limited (FIRST E&P). Previously, she worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at FCMB Capital Markets Limited and as a General Manager of A3 & O Limited.
She holds an MBA from Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria.
She has a wealth of experience in investment banking, strategic business planning and management consulting.
Abimbola is committed to supporting the education and wellbeing of children with absent or underprivileged parents. She also volunteers and advocates for multiple Non-Government Organizations.


Eyong Ebai

Eyong is responsible for GE Healthcare operations in West and Central Africa and French Sub Saharan Africa. Prior to this role, Eyong had extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, medical consumable & medical equipment industries which started on a graduate development program with Janssen, part of the Johnson & Johnson group of companies. Following this, Eyong transitioned successfully into various leadership roles within Janssen and Smith & Nephew PLC UK, as a leader in the medical device industry and Advanced Wound Care & Devices business.
After 15 years of working in Europe, he decided to focus his gained experience on the African continent and thus joined Johnson & Johnson Medical as the Market Development Manager for Anglophone West Africa, responsible for building the J&J Medical Surgical & Orthopedic business across the region
In May 2016, Eyong joined GE as the General Manager for GE Healthcare in West & Central Africa. Based in Lagos but responsible for leading operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Sierra Leone & Liberia
With track record of productivity Eyong has transitioned and taken on leadership of French Sub Sahara Africa to form one consolidated LCT as General Manager for West Central Africa & French Sub Sahara Africa. The newly formed region will cover half a billion people, approximately 45% of the population of Africa and it has the greatest deficit in healthcare infrastructure globally.
Eyong has broad-based experience in the health sector and has demonstrated strong leadership across multiple geographies with different go to market strategies.
Eyong has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from the University or York and postgraduate qualifications in Health Economics & Market Access from the University of Marseille. In his spare time, Eyong enjoys watching Tottenham Hotspurs, Boxercise and Traveling.


Chukwuma Nwanze

Chukwuma Nwanze is the Executive Director, Finance & Strategy at Credit Direct Ltd, Nigeria's premier consumer lending finance company. Prior to joining Credit Direct, Chukwuma had worked in different sectors of the economy including Banking, Management Consulting, Oil and Gas, ICT and the Public Sector as a Chief Finance Officer in many prestigious companies.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 17 years of working experience. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom. He is an alumnus of Oxford Business School, UK, Nanyang Business School, Singapore and the Stellenbosch Business School, Cape Town, South Africa and the Lagos Business School, Lagos, Nigeria.
Chukwuma is a doctoral candidate at Edinburgh Business School and is a big advocator of equal learning opportunities for every child.


Damilola Akinwale

Dami is an experienced SAP Services Client Partner and a certified SAP FICO Consultant. She has undertaken various roles in SAP consulting over the last 13 years from project management, business consultant, team lead, trainer roles, relationship manager, services engagement manager and services client partner. Her experiences span across various countries in Europe, Asia and Africa as well as multiple industrial sectors such as: Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Semi-conductors, Finance, Insurance and Public Sector. She holds a professional certificate in PRINCE2 Project Management and has a strong business consultancy experience.
She is actively involved in various Professional mentoring programs, and is passionate about raising well- behaved children who are positive change agents in their society


Olumide Soyombo

Olumide Soyombo holds a BSc in Systems Engineering from University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MSc (Distinction) in Business and Information Technology from the Aston Business School, Birmingham, England; earning membership into the Beta Gamma Sigma Society for his high scholastic achievement.
Olumide co–founded Bluechip Technologies Ltd in 2008 at the age of 24 and has grown the organisation from an organization with two employees to an organization with over 80 consultants spread across Lagos, Accra and Lusaka, Zambia.
In 2014, Olumide setup Leadpath as a seed fund investing in local tech start-ups. Olumide is not just an astute businessman but one who ensures that the future generations have better opportunities. Through the Lead Path initiative start-ups in Nigeria and beyond receive mentorship. He has invested in start-ups like Pushcv.com, Paystack, Piggybank.ng, Fashpa, Heels.com.ng , Delivery Science, Gloo.ng, and Cosign.co.


Esther Otufowora

Ms. Esther Otufowora currently leads the Information Management & Technology Projects at the National Health Services, England. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Greenwich in theUnited Kingdom and is Certified EU GDPR Practitioner.
She has a wealth of experience in Strategic Planning, Risk management, Scalability, Interoperability, and Portability Analysis. Esther is committed to supporting the education and wellbeing of children and young people with absent or underprivileged parents. She also works with CAYSH, a charity that works with young people facing homelessness in London, providing safe homes and support to enable them to achieve their potential.
